Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, subject to product availability and successful order confirmation.

2. Delivery Time

For international orders, the estimated transit time is generally 7–12 working days from the date of shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

Our products may be shipped to customers in different countries. Shipping and handling charges applicable to an order will be communicated during the purchase process.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any customs duties, local taxes, import charges or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are outside our control and may vary depending on the destination country’s regulations.

5. Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company may leave a delivery notice or provide an option for re-delivery or collection.

Customers are responsible for following the courier’s instructions and completing the delivery within the applicable holding period.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the package was not collected within the applicable period, additional shipping and handling charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

7. Customs Delays

Orders may occasionally be delayed because of customs inspections, clearance procedures or other requirements in the destination country.

In such cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated 7–12 working days. Exceptional delays may extend considerably beyond the estimated transit period.
