The game begins by placing the ball in the middle of the field. A coin toss determines which player strikes first in the soccer board game.
Players take turns striking the ball while it remains in motion, following the official soccer board game rules.
After a goal is scored, the ball is returned to the middle of the field, and the player who was scored against starts the next play.
If a player strikes the ball and it goes out of bounds (off the board), the ball is placed next to the point where it exited. The next player takes a free shot from that spot. If the ball goes out of bounds at the end zone or to the left or right of the goalpost, a corner kick is taken in this soccer board game.
If a player strikes the ball twice in a row, a penalty shot is awarded against that player and taken by the opponent who is next to strike.
